My complaint:
I called to book a Lipids and A1C test and was asked if i fill my prescription at that location when I indicated that i don’t, I was told by the female pharmacist that she cannot make a booking there because I am not a patient at that location even though i had previously done that same test at that location about 4 months ago.
Suggested solution:
this is a public pharmacy and denying any type of service to the public is unacceptable.
This is not a private members only facility.
I have never had a problem with any other Shoppers Drugmart location.
