My complaint:
Good Day,
My Daughter I were at the Midland Ontario Store last Dec 11th, 2022.
We were at the front of the store decided to pick some Cologne for my Grandson. We were in the same area after we picked the cologne, we were looking at the piercing gun earrings.
While we were looking, not one but three Ladies came up to us said the Manager asked if they could put the cologne at the desk till we finished shopping.
I understand there is a lot of shoplifting going on everywhere precautions must be made but….,,
We had not left the area
There was no need of three sales people to come up to us.
My Daughter I found this situation very embarrassing.
It could have been handled much better with less attention.
I will not be coming back to this store.

Suggested solution:
I will leave that up to your office.
Customers I feel should be treated better than this.
If they think there’s a problem, maybe they should try being more discreet.
