My complaint:
Hello Sir,
My husband went to the store straight after getting the prescription from credit valley hospital in regards to my 3year old daughter suffering from fever cold and flu. And lungs inflation. He asked me to give the antibiotics medicine as soon as we can. As the store showed open till 12am midnight. We drove straight from hospital there at 11. 40 my husband was in store. He asked the pharmacist about the medicine. She replied oh last min. Sorry can’t give you . My husband asked why she said it’s closing time. She has 12min to prep. I am so so upset ans surprised that in a phase like this whr kids are suffering from shortage of medicines in general a pharmacist refused to give medicine in her serving time. How can it be justified. What if somebody is in do or die situation just bcoz this lady is lazy and don’t want to work or serve ppl till last min will die. We whr not asking for favor to stay extra min for us to make but ridiculous. Her lic to serve should be canceled as ppl like her could be the reason for somebody sickness or illness.
Suggested solution:
She should be fired
