My complaint:
Pharmacy in Milton at Kennedy Circle is getting worse and worse with filling the prescriptions. I have dropped off the prescription on Wednesday and was told that they don’t have some of the product, therefore they will get my script ready for Friday. I went to pick it up on Saturday evening thinking that they would have more time. The girl told me that it’s not ready and they working on it right now. Didn’t want to wait so told her that I will pick it up next day. Next day Sunday not only my script is not ready but also the medicine is missing and they can’t find it. Not the first time it happened and not even sorry I have heard. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I hope someone is reading this and maybe this kind of problems will be addressed.
Suggested solution:
I hope they will have better training of the employees and following up with them.
