My complaint:

). I am writing to submit a complaint. I have on 2 occasions tried to get a refill of my medications. This medication you don’t normally carry. I understand that, However both times I came into the pharmacy to order a refill I was told I would get a phone call which never came. Yesterday 19 Jan 2021 I called the pharmacy and asked again. Today I went in to get my prescription. I asked to speak to the supervisor. When I was speaking to Mrs Thuy another of your pharmacists (Hannah) began interrupting me. I said to her 3 times that I’m speaking to Mrs Thuy. Hannah then began laughing at me. I will be honest I scolded Hannah for her non-professionalism. During my phone call last night I was lied to. Being told I had no refills left on my prescription. I told her I have 2 refills and know I still have them as I haven’t refilled this prescription before. I was absolutely disgusted by your staff except for Mrs Thuy as I felt she was very professional. However Hannah who laughs in customers’ faces and lies to them is a Liability to shoppers as its very important people get their medications in full and on time.

Hannah needs to be fired if she's lieing to customers and being rude to customers in the Shopper Drugmart
