My complaint:
Newton location 7322 king George surrey BC
I was just at your Surrey BC location (Newton) after driving a distance to pick up a gift I ed was in stock at this location. When I arrived I was told by customer service that they did not have them available because they were on hold for their staff members. These items were just put out as clearance today and one staff member ed she had just put them out on the shelf and a “team crew member” just put them on hold for themselves. How is this fair and how can this be right. Isn’t the customer suppose to have the opportunity to shop. This is taking their position for granted when clearance items are being hoarded by staff. I have five kids (6 months to 12 years old) and drove them all out to the store to make this purchase for Christmas only to learn this is how you do business at this location.
Very disappointed!!
Suggested solution:
By letting me take one of the cameras as staff should not be holding items for themselves.
