My complaint:
Up to today when I went into your store I had no problem buying things in your store without a facemask….all of a sudden that change today….and I am very upset about it .I have a note from my doctor saying I don’t have to wear a mask for medical reasons but I was treated very poorly by the staff and the security guard and again I am very upset about it and I want something done about it The hospital tried the same thing with me and now I am not showing up for my appointments because of it and if you try the same thing with I will not show up at your stores to buy anything any more
Suggested solution:
I think you should revert back to what it was before this stupidness or you won't see me any more in your stores
