My complaint:
Had a photo taken for my passport at Shoppers. Than I went to Service Canada to redo my passport. A month later my passport was rejected because the picture they had (that was taken from Shoppers) of me, had black eyes and a shiny forehead. I was told that the computer system rejected the photo saying that the eyes are too black and the forehead had a shiny glow. So I went back to Shoppers to get a refund they called me a lier and made fun of my bald forehead than charged me for another photo. I paid because I needed the photo to complete my passport to travel next week.
Suggested solution:
I believe that I should of been serviced again because of the bad photo as they did but because I paid for the bad photo I should not have been charged twice. Instead of calling me a lier they should have looked at the bad photo.
