Shoppers Drug Mart complaint: Incompetence left me without my anti-psychotics

My complaint:

The level of incompetence among all the staff in the pharmacy, of which there were 8 today, is becoming a real problem.

this is the 5th time I have been unable to get my meds. I get the text to pick up, pay $30 for a return cab trip, get told nobody knows anything and there’s nothing ready. Alternatively they have also claimed to be unable to fax my doctor for more refills on my meds and they force me to call my doctor, who is really busy, and he just ask Why the hell didn’t they just fax it over? to which all I can say is the pharmacy staff are completely useless and probably have faked all the credentials in the pharmacy.

I genuinely believe that there is 0 employees who are legitimately qualified to be working in the pharmacy. Especially after talking to cab drivers in the area and they tell me this location as always been terrible at everything.

I will no longer be using that pharmacy, or any shoppers, unless the staff are forced to apologize and learn how to do their job.

Suggested solution:

A formal apology from the staff and forced retraining or you could fire the lot. There is no way I will return without at least one of those.
