My complaint:
I use the post office quite a bit but since the new manager came it is lessening. After working for several months she still doesn’t know what she is doing in the post office, especially to send packages to the US. Today I was told not to come back to ‘her store’ to mail because I have tried to explain to her about customs . I also talked to the manager of the store and has no excuse for her. All she could tell me is Shoppers trains the employees for post office and Canada Post has nothing to do with it. I recommended more training with no answer from the manager Janet.
Suggested solution:
Get more training for your employee that is unsure about what they are doing.
