My complaint:
I was waiting for nearly 10 minutes at the line. There was only one girl at the Front store till. One lady was buying and returning the items bought by her. She took a long time. My turn came after 10 minutes, the girl at the front store completely ignored me. She went to self check out to help a lady. Finally I could check out after standing in the line for 15 minutes. I asked the girl her name. She replied Amol. I do not know, if it was her real name. She was not wearing any name tag. Finally she handed over to me receipt without a certificate number. I could not do the survey SDM, since no certificate number was available on the receipt. She might have done it intentionally. The number appearing below the receipt bar code is 9990223051011004024384 dated 27 May 2021 Time 4:06 PM. I felt insulted by her behaviour.

By awarding me CAD 100.00 for complaining with a view to improve.
