My complaint:
I was treated beyond disrespect and unbelievable nastiness trying to get my prescriptions filled by two female pharmacists on 2 sep occasions
I had the prescriptions from my Doctor but I guess they were above my Doctor and hastled me when I tried to get them filled
They would NOT listen at all to what it was we were trying to explain to them but they didn’t care –evidently they knew more about my life than i did
I finally had to growl {kind of tough with a mask on } at her when she realized she was out of line and calmed down.
I will never darken the door of the store again Ive heard a lot of complaints about the staff there
What give these people the right to treat their customers with no respect
Having gone through all the drama with the first pharmacist I got a second one a week later from another one–same rude attitude
I’ll never get over how I was treated by these females of which I’ve never been subjected to anything anywhere near this
In my business -I knew how to treat people-
Shoppers –you really need to get your staff under control–

Suggested solution:
Give their staff a course in customer relations immediately
