My complaint:
We just went to Shoppers drug mart and the cashier was insanely rude. She had a huge attitude that was just unacceptable. There was a sale on chocolate bars and she complained she would have to do a refund to fix the issue when my husband cashed out. She told him that he is now holding up the line because of the error (THAT IS NOT OUR PROBLEM) As a paying customer I do not care if the line is building up, get more cashiers.
Then she just threw the chocolate bars on the counter and refused to put it in the bag while my husband is standing there in crutches with a broken leg. How is this at all acceptable?
Suggested solution:
Tell the cashier that is she wants to be a bitch, then maybe being a cashier isn't her calling. I will never ever return to that shoppers even though it was our regular location. Thinking of moving prescriptions as well.
