My complaint:
On April 9th I watched 2 young pharmacists treated an indigenous woman terribly. I followed her to the parking lot where I found her crying uncontrollably. She told me no one had ever treated her that way but she felt it was her race. Honestly I had to agree with her. That kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Apparently these two men need sensitivity training because they clearly have issues. I encouraged her to complain.
Suggested solution:
Apologize to the woman and reprimands the staff involved.
