My complaint:
On Saturday March.11th2023, I dropped off my prescription at the pharmacy located inside the store. I was told the wait was a bit longer around 4 hours. I was there at 11am in the morning, I told them I was able to come back by 3:30-4:00pm. This gave them 5 hours to have it ready. When returning at about 3:45, I waited in line and when I got to the front I was told that the prescription was not ready and to come
Back at 5pm. Unfortunately I had other obligations to attend to and told them I would not be able to return to the store for a 3rd time. I asked what time they opened in the morning and was told 9am. I went as early as I could, which was around 11am. At that point i was told that there was nothing in the system that showed I had dropped of anything and there was nothing under my name, I explained to the lady who helped me the whole situation and she had to dig up my prescription paperwork and enter it into the system. This meant again I had to wait. I told her that this is a very important prescription to prevent a miscarriage and I was now going to be 2 days late starting it. There wasn’t much she could do at this point and I asked for it to be brought to my door. Of course this could not happen on Sunday as there was no drivers working and I other obligations to attend too… This meant waiting another day, Causing more stress on my body. I don’t think it’s fair that due to issues with staffing not doing their job properly that I have to suffer. This needs to be addressed immediately. I am looking for complication from the owners. I do NOT take this sorta thing lightly. If something happens to me or my baby, due to your negligence I will be taking this way further then you think. I am not a happy customer and I do not want to continuing using your pharmacy if this is how customers are treated.
