My complaint:
Hello I’m writing this complaint about your location located in PEI Charlottetown unfortunately I do not have the store number located on university Avenue
My 13-year-old daughter was shopping this evening in that location for skin care products when a man approached her that was not in uniform but just a name tag referring to himself as the BOSS (I’m assuming the store Manager) yelling very loudly to leave his store for no apparent reason she a very shy little girl who was terrified and all she wanted to do is purchase skin care products forced her out of the store and threatening her not to return we have no idea why this happen maybe the employee was having a bad day I’m not sure but this is very unacceptable I most certainly need this issue to be resolved I’m hoping this is the correct email for this type of complaint I wanted to approach this in a mature manner instead of blasting this information on social media thank you for time hope I hear from you.
