My complaint:
We were at the Shopper Store 824 yesterday @1.40 pm
the staff at the self checkout (lady) was very rode, when I was trying to pay at check out my wife was waiting for me to finish the transection, then suddenly she asked her to stay other side of the store, the tune she used is not polite very un professional, my wife moved to outside the store.
Then I finish the transection and trying to take my receipt, again she shout on me :Don’t pull the receipt I turn around and look at her because she was again very rode and laud, then I asked her if she thinks she is a teacher, I mentioned her you are very laud and rode to customers specially to us, regardless of our race or religion she should be professional as she is interacting with multiple nationalities all day long, rather she is apologies she told me it’s OK
Suggested solution:
she should be chocked back along with apologias from the management.
