My complaint:
I bought a cough syrup from SDM store 875 on 25th Dec, just before store closing as it was urgent. When I went home and opened product, bottle seal was broken but I had to use it as condition was worsening and all other stores were closed. When I went to store after 2 days to complaint about it, store associate told me that I am lying and i opened the bottle. This is not expected.
Suggested solution:
That lady should be fired and store associate should be asked to treat customers well. Or all these stores should put up a notification that we should check medication before leaving the store.
