My complaint:
Shopped today at 1:58 pm. Got to the cash with what i was purchasing. Asked for a rain check for the six pack paper towels that were on sale at $2.99. Cashier called her manager who refused. I ask to speak to him and when i asked why no rain check, he said that it was company policy. I asked to see the literature showing the company policy, He left me standing for twenty minutes waiting for him to return. He did not return.
I asked to see him again and the cashier said he was in his office, He did not return. I have my receipt showing the purchases i made.
Suggested solution:
Manager should be reprimanded and possibly not be a manager. Rain checks have been issued in the past. I definitely will not return to that Shoppers, A rain check should be sent to me for four packages. Plus an apology from the manager that who i spoke to, IF he still works there.
