My complaint:
Follow Shoppers drug marts release date gore an email to tell me when it would be available online.
I signed into shoppers at 6pm sept 18 as directed to and website was not working I tried for 2 hrs and when it finally let me into buy a PS5 they were entirely sold out!!!
Why would some people get access and some not I had many friends trying as well to be let down.
I’m not happy at all with your service and it was unfair.
Very disappointed fix your servers what a waist of time!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Let you go into stores and buy the PS5 I went into your store as well the same time and they were directed not to sell any to people only online.
So how is that fair????
I would like a PS5 if you are able to please like you offered when I signed up to receive a chance to buy one but couldn’t because I couldnt access your web site.
