My complaint:
I have been going to this Pharmacy for years and they Costumers Service in how
They treat Humans is horrible literally it giving Shoppers Drug Mart A Bad Reputation. Especially since it is connected to Health Care System and Most people their are a Patient so they need to Have more compassion like a Hospital and all Health Services There is just so much there it would take so long to type up
The whole store needs to be remodeled in all ways I wish whole store would
Leave and let Rexall take over
That’s the sad part is this is only Pharmacy at Mall. I am even gonna talk to Mall Head Office and let them know about this.
Suggested solution:
Remodel whole mall and retrain All Levels
Of Staff working in Store on hospitality and
Customer service and get someone from
head office to Supervise that store in other words inspections.
