My complaint:
I only had one prescription to pick it up a lady who works there said take your prescription back we can’t do anything if you don’t wait for one to two hours ! whata professional staff I asked for manager the manager was worse than her ! No sign of any professionalism, who hired them made a mistake including the manager ! if you’re busy there are ton of ways to convince the customers that we are busy ! but they don’t know about business that’s why! it’s not only me look at the comments!!
Suggested solution:
I WOULD NEVER EVER COMEBACK TO SHOPPERS DRUG MART THEY MADE ME LOOK LIKE AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE LAUGHING AT ME !
