My complaint:
Talked with 2 different female employees, one in the beauty area. She couldn’t figure out why the item didn’t match the receipt. I only shop at this location. Went downstairs to speak with the cashier to which immediately I was met with hesitance and disgust. She implied that I was lying and didn’t purchase it there also made to clear I was lying that I did the damage myself. Really getting tired of being discriminated against because of my skin colour as were the hated ones that caused every problem both in past and present.
Suggested solution:
Just a simple refund. It’s not that much but it’s the principle of the situation.
