My complaint:
I went in saturday to buy for 60$ pre taxes.
Self serve checkout and double check and it told me my points are gonna be there as a pop up. Clerk told me to email in the app since they arent on my receipt.
Got declined sayin i was 4$! Short. What the hell?! How can the clerk and machine re assure me.
Suggested solution:
Give me my 20 000 pts
