My complaint:
My Dr faxed in a prescription yesterday just before 5pm September 12 I call the store later on that evening at 6:48pm and asked if was ready the lady that was on the phone said no she put on hold when she came back on line she said they will have ready for me tomorrow on(Sept13th) at 11am. I told her I’d be in after 6 when I got off work. I got there today September a13 at 6:07. Went to get my prescription I have 4 others as well to be picked up. The guy at the counter told the prescription that was faxed in 24 hours ago was not ready that I had to wait 15 minutes..Are you kidding me 24hrs and they can’t have a prescription filled. This not the first time that this has happened to be I get it a few hrs okay but 24 hours. There is three people behind the counter pretty much every time I am in this store and they can’t get it done what is wrong that it can’t be filled
Suggested solution:
I have no idea how this can be corrected maybe hire more staff. Hire some people that can get it done.
