My complaint:
Purchased this $80 teeth whitening kit from the 1202 West Pender St SDM in Vancouver and the whitening pens turned out to be defective. SDM refused to refund or exchange the product for me referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer said there is nothing they can do because the item was purchased through the retailer, therefore I must deal with them. SDM declined my request once again. Complete disregard for fairness decency in this situation.
