My complaint:
Today on July 6th 2021 at 11:13 am, my wife and I visited a Canada Post counter in Saskatoon. There was an associate name Iram who was very rude and unwelcoming to us. It looked on her face as if we were bothering her just by asking for help. Her behavior was very very rude and unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
She should behave in a tolerant, welcoming and respectful manner to all customers.
