My complaint:
Very unpleasant Pharmacist assistant . very unprofessional judging my appeal what I wearing coming from emergency Oshawa hospital, I had chemicals in my eyes and need urgent eyes drops written English prescription
He advise to wait 15 minutes till get it arrange , I wait and come back to said to me we sent fax to hospital pharmacist can’t read the prescription , I took the prescription went to other pharmacy and get the drops as written .
the prescription written in English not other language, this ridiculous that they hire pharmacist can’t read English, pharmacist name is Hyewun Kim , Please teach the staff how to respect customers need and do the minimum of their job.
Suggested solution:
speak to the owner needs to work on customer service qualifications
and not hire any pharmacist can't read prescriptions and stop hire a lot of security guards everywhere in the store , I get also the feeling that I'm in a Talban military side not a safe store believe it or not with more security guards it is less secure . this store is very down on all aspects. need to make a proper store.
