My complaint:

At 11 38 I received a phone from my Son David.
He was upset and shaken.
David has had multiple strokes since 2006.
He has recovered miraculously but was left with a speech and verbal challenge at times..he s a big man at 6 2. He walks with a slight limp. Dave has very humble nature.. He lives on his own and manages his finances well.
I am his mother..a retired teacher.i advocate for him a lot
This morning David went to get his prescription at Shoppers.
He likes to browze for deals when he goes there.
The security approached and asked him to leave.
He said there were 2 security guards of East Indian descent in the store.
He said this the second time the same security guard approached guard approached in in a month and asked him to leave

He said he didn’t say anything the first time it happened
This is very demeaning when something like this happens to someone who lives with a disability

David was once a contributing citizen to society.s

Suggested solution:

I called the manager whom IA female to bring this to light. I asked her to look into this incident immediately.
Before they hire security guards..they need to make sure thathese people need to learn more about first nations especially ones living with disabilities.
Davis does Not abuse alcohol or drugs and he secures a home.
Shoppers needs to hire personnel with better training.
David buys a lot from this business as my family does as he lives down the street.
I asked them to give David a call and apologize.
If nothing is done then I will have to file with Human Rights as it happened more than once already.
There is cameras in the store to review for proof.
I posted Dave s picture.
