My complaint:
I went to this location a week ago to get my photos clicked for some paper work. The lady worked at photo section I clearly mentioned her that I need photo of size 2 by 2, she said I don’t know about the sizes just tell me for what purpose you need , I said I’m not sure but I showed her the description of photo that mentioned on the paper. I request her also if in case photo doesn’t fit I might not take the photo she said it’s okay, so unfortunately it won’t fit so I refused to take the photo and she responded so Rudely said you have to take it you wasted my time and forced me, She said how could you not know the sizes, I mentioned it’s not my daily thing you guys do this job everyday and should know the what size 2 by 2 is. So I left the place and Then I went to other location and without any problem I got the perfect photos.
Suggested solution:
I just want to tell you that mistakes happen, but teach your employees that how to give good customer service and be little polite with customers
