My complaint:
My brother was denied entry based on how he looked. We are always followed around in our Shoppers by a grey haired old white man. They follow around First Nations people like it’s their job. I don’t feel comfortable shopping there at all because I feel so much discrimination based on how I look. I buy and pay for my shit. I don’t need to be followed around like I committed a crime. Discrimination stills exists and is so real.
Suggested solution:
Educate and don’t discriminate against people of Colour or based on how they look. Your own prejudices should not come with you to work.
