My complaint:
Hi, I’m trying to get my prescription filled. I called on 12/2 for an auto refill. I followed up with them today and they are telling me that my insurance won’t pay for the medication because it’s too early to refill because my last refill was on12/2. I never received the medication from 12/2. I called my insurance and they ed that they processed the claim and reimbursed shoppers. I have been calling shoppers for over 1 hour and no one is answering the phone. I need to know what happened to my medication.
Suggested solution:
They need to answer the phone and figure out what they did with my request.
