My complaint:
Dec. 30 2023 @ 5:30pm. I’m an elderly lady couldn’t stand in line anymore (because I was in pain and had the flu),to pay for my meds.so I asked the cashier for help at self-check out .She started helping me but left me standing there to go help another customer without finishing to help me. I called the store when I got home and asked to speak to the manager. When she came to the phone, I started telling her what had happened. She told me she was the one that came to help me (she was the manager and had no name tag on) She wouldn’t let me talk at all, she was VERY rude, she kept talking over me and told me that I can use the cash to pay. When I got off the phone, I couldn’t stop crying for the way I got treated twice as a customer. I’ve been a customer there for many years and always had excellent service. She shouldn’t be working there at all , let alone being the manager. Please help resolve this issue so it don’t happen again.
Suggested solution:
She should be fired for treating customers like that.
