My complaint:
I placed an order online on April 1 and I got a notification that was delivered, however I never received it I contacted SDM and got an email with a Case number stating that I should allow for 5 business days and contact them again if the order was still not delivered. I have written 4 emails stating that the order is yet to arrive and they have not replied
Suggested solution:
Send me the product I ordered or refund the money
