My complaint:

Today 9292020 , I had a very unpleasant experience with you guys. While we were shopping there was a rack that caused my four year old son to trip. He fell and hit his head with the rack scraping his skin. He was injured in the head as shown in the picture attached. My child was crying really loud and no one came to check even though staff was nearby. I had to go talk to the staff about it, and once I did, the they had just laughed it off and didn’t even bother checking if the child was okay. There was also no formal apology. The staff were super friendly, but too casual with the whole situation. They just said “poor little boy!” without actually looking into it. And they did admit to accidentally forgetting to put the rack away. Since this is a safety issue, I was hoping the staff would be more serious about it. This was very upsetting because he is only a four year old boy, and I’m worried that this could be a serious injury. I will have to check with the family doctor soon. I am a usual customer here, as I live really near your location. This was just a really unpleasant experience.

Suggested solution:

I feel that there needs to be a formal and sincere apology and show me that you care about your customers. Some compensation would be appreciated.
