My complaint:
Complaint 6:51pm elm street store I was served. Got in trouble in very disrespectful way by one your employees. No signs in that area due I was already at the cash but just asked employee close by a question if they had specific item. I went back to the line. There was no line at all. Man had just showed up as I started putting my items on the counter.
**** employee working cash. Know him due the gay community himher being transgender some days. Familiar with the lgbt community many gay men are againts lesbians which I am. Anyway
As I was putting my items on counter. **** asked me step aside due I cut in line. Which I did not. He asked in a very rude tone and needs learn how talk to his customers. Man behind me said he just arrive and it’s fine to go ahead. **** insisted him come forward and I stand aside. I asked for his name he continued say step aside for third time. Until I said just run me through I’ll be complaining management. This manwoman whatever he identifies as needs respect his customers.
And if he feels I went the wrong way there should be a barrier indicating cannot go in that way to the cash…. I have entered that store just last week and when I entered I went directly to the cash stepping left into the doors of the store and I didnt get trouble by any employee.
Suggested solution:
Training employees with respect for their customers. This shoppers drugs marts ratings online are terrible and employees should have take course on how talk and treat their customers. Especially the lgbt community and not discriminate againts a certain sex which I felt he did. Not first time my life I\'ve seen **** disrespect woman in his life. He was rude when he worked at zigs as well. I would like an apology as a paying customer.
