My complaint:
I went to Shoppers Drug Mart around 7:30 a.m. with the understanding that they would be open 4 seniors and handicapped people between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. according to the website. There were at least 10 seniors waiting outside of their door. When somebody did show up they wouldn’t let anybody in the doors were locked and the store wasn’t even in any way ready senior and handicapped people to do their shopping before everybody else got there. We were all told that it wasn’t opening time yet. We try to explain that the websites said that the seniors and handicapped people could enter to do their shopping before the rest of the people got there between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. . The one small lady that was running the cashier was extremely rude , when I try to point this out to her with my phone she didn’t want to listen to anything that anybody had to say. All she had to say was they were not informed to be open by 7 a.m. for the seniors and the handicap people. The main thing was the way that she spoke to the people and me on the outside of the building. It was not very professional of these people to have all of the seniors and handicapped people waiting outside the store that time of the morning, especially with the Coronavirus when we were told to be there between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. . The Shoppers Drug Mart store is located on Weber Street in Kitchener

I don't know whose fault it was that this happen call the poor people standing outside this morning. But this should never have happened especially in these times. The employees that work at this store should be informed of the situation and not be so rude their customers. The cashier that I told you about should be spoken to very strongly I how to approach your customers. Myself and my family I've been going to this drug store for many many years. They told us they had no idea that the store was supposed to be open at 7
