Shoppers Drug Mart complaint: Incompetence in fulfilling prescriptions

My complaint:

Several months ago I was diagnosed with epilepsy. Since my diagnosis I’ve had to be on anti seizure medication. Every time I go to fill my prescription, I’m told when it will be filled and ready for pickup. Every time they are late on the pick up day as well as short on the quantity, not to mention they always “forget” the bill against my benefits. This last visit they were two day late with my 3 month prescription and 11 weeks short. I’m a tradesman who is frequently on ladders, man lifts and other equipment. My anti seizure meds are very important. If they don’t fill my prescription full in five days I will be having seizures. PERIOD. This to me is completely reckless of them. Their playing with people lives.

Suggested solution:

I have a running prescription with this pharmacy. The fact that they can’t get my prescription filled in full is unbelievable. They need to keep to the schedule and pick up times they tell me. They won’t even inform a client that their perceptions are late or incomplete, or when the order is fulfilled and ready. I have to continually phone In for the confused questions and responses to my inquiry.I think a notification system should be implemented to inform clients of the status of their orders. And these pharmacists should give more of a dame about the people who depend on them rather then punching in and punching out to collect that pay check.
