My complaint:
For more than twenty years I have been a Shoppers Customer. When I recently went to my local store I was told to use the self help check out. I was furious over this situation. Obviously Shoppers have no regard for what customers need.. If no customers went to Shoppers the business would cease to exist. So why does Shoppers become dictatorial and tell its customers they have to do this. Only one small staffed check out was open with a line up of customers. Consequently I an seriously considering closing out my account at Shoppers and doing my business elsewhere.
Suggested solution:
They should immediately bring back staffed check outs for those who want to use them.
