My complaint:
I called the pharmacy to book an appointment for second dose and they said to call back on Thursday 17 June 2021 morning as they will only know by Thursday morning how many vaccines they receive. They asked specifically not to come to store and only book by phone. I called them on 17th morning from 8 am to 9:25 am 365 times. But it always comes as user busy. I called continuously with no gap in between. I have call history as proof. It got connected at 9:25 am and they say that all of them are booked. I asked how come it is booked through phone as i was getting busy tone always. Initially they told they booked from phone but when i said i called 365 times, they responded they booked some from in person also. But they asked me not to come in person and did booking for some other people. It looks like fraud to me. If they want to book to known people why we have booking system by phone.
Suggested solution:
I wasted 1.5 hours by continuesouly calling. They have to prove they did booking from phone. Else cancel the license for such fraud stores.
