My complaint:
Customer cut in front of the entire line to the cash register. I pointed it out to the staff standing right there and he said well that depends on the circumstances. I said the circumstances are right in front of you! The employee at the cash register did nothing as well, ignored my cues
to get his attention, this was all wrong. Shows there is no respect for us by your staff and of course by anyone else. Occured about 3:20 Sunday Sept.12 or so at the Wharncliffe store London, Ontario
