My complaint:
Some months ago I discovered I’d been taking double the dosage of my prescription meds because Shopper’s made a mistake.
More recently, when I had my prescription delivered (after paying by credit card over the phone) I found a post-it note attached to the outside of the package with my full name, credit card number and expiry date clearly listed.
Last Thursday (this is Monday) I called to arrange delivery of my meds. The person (who answered the phone Pharmacist) took my details and told me my prescription would be delivered the next day. It wasn’t. I called the store again on Sunday asking when their next delivery would be. The same person told me Monday. I called the store again this morning (Monday), spoke to a different person and was told my delivery wasn’t even scheduled and also that they don’t deliver on Mondays.
Suggested solution:
An assurance that they will speak to the staff concerned and take more care in future. I'm sure I'm not the only person reliant on home delivery at the moment and the dosage was inexcusable (actually all the incidents described were inexcusable).
