My complaint:
The pharmacist put an incorrect date on rapid Covid test. Shehe put July 15th instead of the correct date of September 15th. When airport contacted Shoppers,they failed to send email ing correct date on time. As a result, my in-laws and brother in law lost their flight. They now have to pay each an extra 700.00 dollars to catch another flight.
Suggested solution:
A money compensation is necessary. This was negligent on their part.
