My complaint:
I contacted and initially spoke with a clerk in the shoppers pharmacy who was not prepared to address the issue and argued that I had picked up medication when in fact I did not. I then spoke with the Pharmacist Ban where I tried to explain the situation however she took the same premise as the clerk. When I indicated that she was rude and not customer reflective she said that I was rude. I again tried to explain that I did not pick up my medication and had asked the clerk to check and this is when she started to argue with me. The pharmacist was not on the phone with the clerk however took the same position. I have been a customer for many years but after this very bad encounter will go to another pharmacy.
Suggested solution:
All staff need to be trained in customer service and how to treat people in a professional manner.
