My complaint:
On 20, Aug, 2021, I had contacted the shop for getting the refill as online refill was not avaiiable for my medicine ‘Bisoprolal 2.5 mg and it was agreed that they will contact the family physician and get the same arranged. I had also informed them that I have stock for next two days only. As I did not get any message till today on refill of the above medicine , I tried to contact the shop but could not reach them .I had called more than 4 times and on two occasions I was asked to hold for more than 10 minutes and it was disconnected by the staff without attending the pending call. This happened today around 4.15 PM. I do not have any other option but make this complaint
