My complaint:
Me and my two friends went to this location around 6.55 pm on 26 September. Lady working there was so rude and looking at us like we are thief. We didn’t know about they’re not having samples for makeup products. We opened once after she told us but we bought without opening the other products but she was keeping an eye like we’re stealing something and treating us like thieves by involving the security guy. That was so embarrassing and disgusting as she was yelling at us in front of other customers. We left without buying anything. Never coming back to this store. Worst experience ever.
Suggested solution:
A apology would be great.
Or if she can treat customers like human beings not thieves not a racism
