My complaint:
My doctor refilled a long standing prescription last week. I called the pharmacy on Dec 13, to the renewal and request a refill. I went in today, Dec 24, to pick it up. The pharmacist absolutely REFUSED to refill it because she said the prescription was a month too soon despite my doctor’s orders. She told me she would need a doctor’s approval to refill this prescription despite having a refill request from my doctor. She had miscounted the refill timeframe. I had to debate the issue with her before she realized her mistake and agreed to refill it. I have been using this pharmacy for ten years plus. The main pharmacist, Todd, retired recently it has been nothing but problems since! I have been in line many times while customers have had to argue with the pharmacist about her mistakes. I will never use this pharmacy again!
Suggested solution:
Get staff that understand how to do the job properly and have customer service skills!
