My complaint:

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the recent chargebacks that have been coming in for my closed store. These chargebacks are clearly fraudulent and are causing a significant financial loss for me.

Unfortunately, I am unable to do anything about these chargebacks because my store was closed by Shopify for being considered high risk. I believe this decision was made without proper justification and has now left me in a vulnerable position.

As a loyal and responsible merchant, I have always taken all necessary measures to prevent fraud and chargebacks. However, it is unfair that I am now being penalized for something that is out of my control

Suggested solution:

Reopen account shopify payments.
