My complaint:

For two weeks I’ve continually made countless efforts to speak with Shopify sales representatives regarding their POS system hardware and online store. I’ve filled out and online query form 4 times with all my contact details. Still nobody had contacted me whatsoever. I contacted customer support on Friday 7 July 23 and raised this issue of dreadful customer service. I waited 1hr 45 mins before an customer service rep took my call. The rep took all of my contact details and nature of business etc etc. Promised that I would receive an email from the sales team. Still I’ve haven’t received a phone call or email as promised. I’ve attached a screenshot of the logged message that I received as evidence proofing that shopify don’t honour their words or care a put potential customers.

Suggested solution:

It should be resolved by shopify improving a poor service, two weeks I've been desperately trying to buy a whole package a website, POS with hardware and get some advice and Ive achieved absolutely nothing with shopify. Lightspeed is the only company that has responded with a online meeting and prices and advice. My first choice was to have company where I can have everything in one place, that's why I wanted to use shopify. But I can't imagine if I had a problem that I would be able to resolve anything with a customer service that doesn't even try to accommodate potential customers whom want to spend money and build a eccommerce store for their brand. unbelievable
