My complaint:
I have been using Shopify for over 2 years and have hardly sold any products. The contract includes customer support but I have not had any customer support that has resulted in selling a reasonable amount of products and despite askingemailing several times. I am requesting a refund of fees.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund of fees that I have paid to Shopify (£23 approx monthly) for over 2 years.
